Experienced Nursing Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to take on the challenging and rewarding role of Clinical Deputy Manager at our care home in Topsham, Exeter. As a member of our senior management team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our home and contributing to the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve common goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement care plans and strategies.
- Lead and manage care teams to deliver high-quality care and services to residents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with active PIN registration.
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
