**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Corndel Limited. As an Account Manager for our Charity clients, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with existing and new charity clients, growing our business in this sector, and supporting the development of our charity partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management skills, a strong understanding of the charity sector, and a drive to develop and learn. You will work closely with our Charity Account Director and Senior Account Managers to strategically plan and implement in-takes of learners across our training programmes.

You will also be responsible for providing administrative support to key clients, including contracts management, CRM records maintenance, and helping to organize and manage promotional communications. Additionally, you will take ownership of the management and growth of a small number of clients, creating and analyzing reports to review sales performance, researching target accounts to build insight and identify opportunities for engagement, and supporting Directors on key projects and initiatives within the New Client Acquisition team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage relationships with existing and new charity clients to grow our business in this sector
  • Work closely with the Charity Account Director and Senior Account Managers to develop and implement strategies to increase learner intake
  • Provide administrative support to key clients, including contracts management and CRM records maintenance
  • Take ownership of the management and growth of a small number of clients
  • Create and analyze reports to review sales performance
  • Research target accounts to build insight and identify opportunities for engagement

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of different business environments and priorities
  • Drive to develop and learn, and be a high performer in a sales environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

**Salary and Benefits:**
