Job Overview

Mbf seeks an experienced Head of Administration to lead and manage a team of administrators, ensuring the team operates efficiently and meets high performance standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our financial planning organisation.

About the Role

As Head of Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless support for financial planners and paraplanners, and managing workloads within the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

You will also be responsible for streamlining and improving administrative processes to increase efficiency and productivity across the team, as well as conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of financial services or IFA administration processes is essential.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience within a financial services environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
