About the Role

This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in administrative roles to grow their career in the Health and Safety sector.

You will be responsible for administering enquiries, quotes, and reporting for the management and members, as well as coordinating accident investigations and providing support to technical managers with projects.

Based at our office near Thornbury, you will work closely with our team of experts to gain valuable knowledge and experience in Health and Safety in Construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer enquiries, quotes, and reporting for the management and members.
  • Coordinate and administer accident investigations.
  • Provide administrative support to technical managers with projects.
  • Update members' inspection information and assist with data processing of site inspections.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication skills. Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask are also essential requirements for this position.
