About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Psychodynamic Therapist/Clinical Psychologist to join our team. As a senior member of our mental health and wellness services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychodynamic assessments, treatments, and outcome measurements for service users with complex emotional needs.

In this role, you will work closely with other psychology services to ensure a smooth pathway for service-users and their families. Your expertise in psychodynamic therapy will be essential in developing and implementing clinical care standards that meet the needs of our service users. You will also be involved in the management and supervision of trainee and/or qualified psychotherapists, teaching, and coordinating psychological therapists.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's level qualification in psychodynamic psychotherapy or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology. Experience in working with high levels of risk and severe mental health difficulties is essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge and understanding of working with diverse ethnic, economic, and cultural backgrounds.

Our mental health and wellness team provides a range of services to support individuals with complex mental health needs. We work collaboratively with community psychology teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health care. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our service users.

About the Location:
Barking and Dagenham is a diverse borough with a rich cultural heritage. Our team is based in North East London, providing easy access to public transportation. The area offers a great quality of life, with plenty of opportunities for leisure and entertainment.

About the Salary:
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
