Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care home staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
As a Residential Care Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out various housekeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure our home is always tidy and well-maintained. This includes dusting, vacuuming, changing bedding, and performing other essential cleaning duties. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in ensuring that every area of the home meets high standards.
