Project Manager - Façade Remediation Specialist

This is a key role for our client, who requires a Project Manager with Façade Remediation experience to lead their project in South West London.

The building features a mix of rainscreen cladding, insulated render, and curtain walling that does not meet current building regulations.

We are seeking a Project Manager to work collaboratively to fully understand the project requirements and deliver the project to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Instruct, lead, and direct project staff in construction, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards.
  • Continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and provide quality customer service.
  • Build and develop business relationships for the success of the project.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role with a main contractor leading a façade remediation project.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card, and Temporary Works.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control ability with a proven track record in construction planning.
  • Technical competence with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Extensive experience in leading and directing project teams and effectively managing subcontractors.
  • Thorough knowledge of health & safety policies and procedures.
