Job Summary:
1st Step Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team in a leading M&E Tier 1 Contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing electrical works on site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to electrical teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
- Manage and coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with company objectives and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as required to support the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Relevant electrical trade qualifications and certifications.
- Current, valid CSCS skill card.
- Experience in a similar role working for a Tier 1 M&E Contractor.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
