Job Summary

PropSource Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a Manchester or Leeds office. As a key member of the team, you will provide professional advice to clients across a range of multi-discipline commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tasks and deliverables alongside clients and project teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Administer various contracts in accordance with project objectives.
  • Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
  • Ensure all final accounts are negotiated and agreed.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable statutory and regulatory legislation.
  • Risk management.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality standards, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • MRICS desired but not essential.
  • Previous consultancy Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project.
  • Strong leadership and commercial skills.
