About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our team at ISS. As a Fabric Engineer, you will play a crucial role in achieving significant results and outcomes for the business, maintaining our leading edge status in the industry, and enhancing our reputation with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
  • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and maintain accurate records/documentation.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all building fabrics related issues and help desk requests.
  • Support the Engineering Team with general tasks that occur on a reactive or proactive perspective.
  • Carry out technical surveys of building fabrics services and systems, reporting findings to the Engineering Team.
  • Produce lists of costs of materials required for minor works.
  • Coordinate initial actions associated with client requests.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate from a FM background.
  • Any trade-related certificate, Carpentry, Plumbing, Joinery, Painting & Decorating.
