Job Title: Broker Support Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Broker Support Technician to join our team in London. As a key member of our Marine & Energy team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating placement support activities and delivering proactive, valued support to our client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all placement support activities and deliver proactive, valued support to client teams.
  • Monitor key activities and tasks throughout the reinsurance placement process to promote efficient and timely compliance with our best practice processes.
  • Assist with reviews of client renewal information and initiate the contract drafting process.
  • Prepare submissions, track placement status, and maintain core placement files to ensure compliance with best practice procedures.
  • Respond to client requests for information and provide excellent customer service.
  • Onboard new clients and markets, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on business metrics, and participate in team, client, and reinsurer meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • High level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships.
  • Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry is desirable, but not essential.
