Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex equipment and systems
- Conduct on-site visits to diagnose and repair equipment, as well as provide training and maintenance services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a field service or technical support role, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
