This role involves visiting residents' homes, assisting with daily tasks, and ensuring their well-being. You will be part of a team committed to delivering high-quality care and support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care, including assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dining
  • Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records
  • Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote residents' social well-being
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment within residents' homes

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months paid experience working in a care setting
  • Up-to-date mandatory training certificates, including practical moving and handling
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or registered on the update service)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to individuals
