The Lindum practice in Lincoln is recruiting for a talented General Practice Nurse to work alongside our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be involved in various aspects of patient care, including chronic disease management, health checks, and other clinical responsibilities. We welcome both experienced and newly qualified candidates, offering support for professional development and specialisation.
Job OverviewThis is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking practice within the NHS, contributing to the delivery of excellent patient care and services. You'll be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve practice targets and develop care pathways.
Requirements and Salary- BSc/PG Cert in practice nursing or a comparable degree
- Experience in CDM, preferably diabetic checks, is advantageous; additional training will be provided
Please note that this role is subject to a DBS check. Based on your experience and qualifications, we estimate the annual salary to be between £45,000 - £70,000.
