Hotel Front Office Assistant

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Assistant to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience working in a hotel front office environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and resolving complaints in a professional manner. You will be flexible and available to work on weekends as required, with a commitment to the role for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and checking them in and out.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any customer complaints in a professional manner.
Benefits and Salary Details:
Salary: Hourly rate: £12.85 per hour
Weekly pay: Every Friday
Live-in option available if required
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Earned salary range: £510.00 - £518.00 per week
