**Hotel Guest Services**
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our hotel team as a Hotel Front Desk Associate. As the primary point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including check-in, check-out, and responding to inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls and manage guest information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and report generation.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
