Plumtree Hotels Seeks an Experienced Head Chef

We are looking for a skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team at Plumtree Hotels in mid-Wales, delivering high-quality culinary experiences.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Develop and implement menus that meet the expectations of our guests.
  2. Manage financial performance to drive business success.
  3. Ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  4. Lead, train, and inspire a talented team to maintain excellence in food preparation.

Key Benefits:

  1. Performance-Based Bonus Scheme
  2. Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
  3. 33 Days Annual Leave (including bank holidays)

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, preferably with Rosette standards.
  2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  3. Ability to commute to Montgomery is essential.
