Plumtree Hotels Ltd is seeking an experienced and accomplished Executive Culinary Director to lead our small kitchen team at our hotel in mid-Wales. This prestigious role offers a unique opportunity to deliver Rosette-standard culinary experiences, driving business success through exceptional food quality and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including menu planning, purchasing, and inventory management. They will also be expected to manage financial KPIs, ensuring the profitability of our culinary offerings.

A key aspect of this role is ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety. The Executive Culinary Director will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing best practices throughout the kitchen.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, ideally with Rosette standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with a passion for culinary innovation and a commitment to excellence.

We offer a competitive salary range £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting the seniority and responsibilities of this role. In addition, we provide a performance-based bonus scheme, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), and opportunities for professional development.
