Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £30,000 per annum, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes career progression opportunities, free or discounted optical products and procedures, and cycle-to-work scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate Surgical Support Services: Manage diaries and schedules to ensure seamless coordination of surgical support services.
  2. Analyse Performance Data: Prepare and analyse performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  3. Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with surgical staff and patients to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  4. Forecast Business Volumes: Forecast business volumes to inform operational planning and decision-making.
  5. Maintain Resource Utilization: Maintain optimal resource utilization to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
