About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our expanding Corporate Services IT department. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting mission-critical work completed by over 1000 end users across hundreds of servers.

The unique nature of the business areas you and your team will support create complex and often time-critical demands to deliver effective, reliable, and enduring IT platforms across conventional on-premise systems, cloud computing, and air-gapped systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, support, and maintain internal IT environments, platforms, and services at SME level or above.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in systems engineering, including vendor technologies such as Microsoft, Amazon (AWS), VMWare, and RedHat.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in IT, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps.

You can be based at any one of our locations below:

Romsey: Our Romsey site is located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast.

Woking: Our Woking site is in a modern building on the outskirts of London, rated excellent for sustainability by BREEAM and Fitwel certified.

Gloucester: Our Gloucester site is in a business park two minutes from junction 11A of the M5, allowing easy access to our local customer base.
