Sales Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our Main Contracts Sales and Estimating team. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the estimating process for new large projects in London, including office/commercial developments, infrastructure, and data centres.
Key Responsibilities- Review and respond to customer enquiries, updating our CRM system Goldvision.
- Develop technical specifications and proposals based on customer deadlines.
- Produce accurate quotations by reviewing customer specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, and other project documentation.
- Liaise with design engineers, project management team, and leadership to gain technical input into quotations.
- Analyse risk associated with financial and technical elements of projects.
- Submit quotations to customers and progress them to obtain client feedback and prepare win/loss key performance indicators and lessons learnt.
- Interact with customers through email, telephone, or site visits to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- A genuine interest in the Sprinkler/Fire Protection industry.
- Previous experience in the Sprinkler/Fire Protection/Construction/Building Services/FM industries is an advantage.
- A natural appetite for sales/estimating and a willingness to develop into a highly competent estimator with a desire to win.
- Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency.
- Proven IT skills with experience of MS office packages.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously as well as an effective team player in a close-knit and highly successful team.
- Positive interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Naturally comfortable with working with numbers and data.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
- Salary competitive and negotiable depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and option to buy 5 days and sell 2 days.
