Job Title: IT Support Technician

Location: Cheadle Hulme

Salary: up to £28,000

Allegiance Group, a renowned Microsoft Partner with over 20 years of experience, is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a close-knit and friendly team environment, undertaking a mix of project and support duties from day one.

You will provide technical support remotely for the company's external clients, resolving and escalating tickets, participating in large projects, and conducting technical research for client solutions. Your duties will also include logging and updating IT support issues, as well as participating in technical training and personal development sessions.
