Physiotherapist Paediatrics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Children's Therapy Team. As a specialist clinician, you will work closely with our clinical leads to develop and embed best practice into our service, while managing your own specialist caseload and records.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a specialist clinician for the Children's Therapy Service, supporting the clinical leads with developing and embedding best practice into the service.
- Manage your own specialist caseload and records, ensuring high-standard professional duties are undertaken within the Children's Therapy Team.
- Carry out specialist assessments of babies and children with a range of conditions common to children, and develop individualised treatment programmes.
- Conduct specialist physiotherapeutic interventions to babies and children, underpinned by the best available evidence, and educate and advise parents/carers to actively participate in the management of long-term conditions.
- Substantial post-graduate experience, including recent experience in the NHS.
- Previous rotations/experience within Paediatrics.
- Recent experience demonstrating ability to assess, treat and evaluate care in Paediatrics.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Competent in core areas of Physiotherapy practice.
- Competent IT skills.
- Degree in Physiotherapy Studies.
- HCPC Registered.
