Clinical Content Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Content Specialist to join our team at Nursing Times. As a Clinical Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality clinical content for our nursing and midwifery audience. This will involve writing articles, features, and other content on a range of clinical subjects, as well as managing the editorial side of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Writing clinical content for a nursing audience, under the direction of the senior clinical editor
* Managing the editorial side of commercial projects, including writing sponsored features and coverage of sponsored events
* Developing editorial content for our careers section and potentially news articles on clinical subjects
* Collaborating with the clinical team, the wider Nursing Times editorial team, and beyond
Requirements:
* At least two years' experience in a professional journalism role
* Excellent written English and ability to understand and translate complex material
* Experience of writing about health and social care or clinical and scientific topics
* Excellence at networking and contact building
