Job Title: Spa Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at The Celtic Collection. As a Spa Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of therapists to deliver high-quality treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Drive 5-star customer service and treatment standards through effective management and coordination of the spa team.
  • Monitor and communicate adjustments required to the Spa Manager in the day-to-day running of the spa, including inputting therapist schedules, allocating holiday entitlements, and collating stock take data.
  • Ensure all clients' treatments are booked and pre-booking requests are met whenever possible, in conjunction with the Spa Manager and Senior Therapist.
  • Be responsible for achieving optimum sales figures and managing bookings of internal and external promotions, in collaboration with the Spa Manager.
  • Implement and maintain controls and procedures to ensure the highest standards, efficiencies, and professional operations are in place in all areas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 months' experience in a Senior Therapist position.
  • Ability to assess business needs and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering 5-star experiences.
