Head of Spa Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Spa to lead our luxury hotel's spa department in Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing the department's budget, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a luxury spa experience for our guests
  • Manage the department's budget and ensure financial targets are met
  • Lead and develop a talented team of spa professionals
  • Create and implement a structure for the department to ensure seamless operations
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and appraisals with team members
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth
  • Generate sales across the department through effective marketing and promotional strategies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Head of Department in a luxury spa venue
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
