Vehicle Progressor Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Progressor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of vehicles through our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving new and used vehicles, ensuring relevant documentation is completed and all necessary paperwork is in order.
- Conducting thorough appraisals of all vehicles using our internal systems.
- Processing internal and third-party claims with suppliers.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely claims processing.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure vehicles are ready for handovers and delivery.
- Maintaining security and compliance procedures.
- Monitoring outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaising with Head Office and internal departments daily.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence with IT systems.
- Organizational skills.
- Security and compliance focused.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Experience is preferred but not essential, and training can be provided for a candidate who demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and the required criteria.
