- Maintain accurate records of assessments, estimates, and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process

- Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess damage
- Proficient in using computer software for estimating repairs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
