As a Sales Consultant at Arnold Clark, you'll play a vital part in helping our customers find the right car based on their needs. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships will make all the difference.
Your Day-to-Day- You'll work closely with customers throughout the sales process, delivering 5-star service every time.
- You'll be responsible for selling the right sales package for each customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism at the forefront of your approach.
- You'll coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You'll meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards, exceeding targets where possible.
- You'll work collaboratively with your team to ensure deadlines are met and promises are kept.
- Fantastic communication, organisation, and people skills – we want individuals who love what they do.
- Bags of energy and enthusiasm.
- An understanding that being organised and remembering the little details is key to delivering our promises and exceeding expectations.
