Social Care Leadership Role - Regional Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Care professional to lead our supported living services across Yorkshire.

This challenging and rewarding role involves:

  • Leading a team of regional managers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Liaising with commissioners and ICBs to promote our services and develop new partnerships
  • Managing a portfolio of supported living services, ensuring high-quality care and support
  • Collaborating with internal teams to contribute to the organisation's growth and development

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in social care leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
  • Access to a vehicle to cover a wide geographical area
  • NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification

The estimated salary for this role is £53,000+ per annum, depending on experience.
