Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Territory Manager in the animal health sector. The role involves developing business relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through a strategic territory plan.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical sales role, preferably in the animal health sector. They should possess commercial acumen, business planning skills, and be able to leverage behavioral tools, customer insights, product knowledge, and competitor information to motivate customers to purchase and use brands.

The company is a leading global pharmaceutical company dedicated to researching and developing medical products for both humans and animals. As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting the company's products and achieving profitable growth in targeted customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through a strategic territory plan focusing on customer segmentation and targeting.
  • Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  • Develop business relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high-level support and promotion of the Company's products.
  • Work with the wider Pet team to achieve profitable growth in targeted customer segments.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical sales role, preferably in the animal health sector.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
