Business Development Manager Opportunity
Adecco is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team, supporting the Renewables industry in the Crew Transfer Vessel sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the Renewables industry or shipping/CTV market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop existing customers and introduce new clients through a mix of account management and new business development.
- Act as the primary contact for ongoing contracts, administering relevant documentation and representing the client during external inspections.
- Work with the back-office to monitor and improve project and vessel performance, submitting project-specific tenders to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain routines with present and potential customers, updating the company's CRM system and providing sales and chartering support during non-office hours as required.
- Attend operational meetings with clients at ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- Sales experience or experience in the shipping industry, preferably in offshore wind and CTV market.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- Valid driver's license.
