As a Clinical Lecturer/Simulation Facilitator, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that prepare nursing students for success in their careers.

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing simulation-based learning experiences, maintaining their expertise through ongoing education, and assessing student performance. They will also contribute to the advancement of simulation and healthcare education through research initiatives.

  • Design and implement simulation-based learning experiences;
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills through ongoing education;
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback;
  • Pursue research initiatives related to simulation and healthcare education.
Requirements:

We seek candidates who hold a Master's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution, possess strong organizational skills, and can effectively interact with diverse groups.

  • Ability to foster a collaborative environment.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.
