Job Summary

Pure 4 Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Administrator to fill a 6-month FTC maternity cover role. The successful candidate will provide effective and efficient management and processing of HR transactional administration, working closely with the company's HR and Payroll system (iTrent).

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Staff Change forms, including personal details and employment changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage all absences, including sickness, maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave, in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll department to ensure timely completion of changes by monthly deadlines.
  • Manage the employee phone line and mailbox, providing clear and concise resolutions to employee queries.
  • Send correspondence to employees confirming amendments and updates.
  • Log and track queries from first contact to resolution, escalating where necessary.
  • Liaise with internal departments and Service Managers to resolve employee issues.
  • Build positive relationships with key stakeholders, providing feedback and support throughout the query lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of payroll and HR processes, with experience working with HR/Payroll systems.
  • Previous experience in an HR or Administration team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
