Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Representative. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers, communicating the capabilities and service offerings of Crane Worldwide Logistics, and negotiating with carriers to achieve best pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to build end-to-end logistics solutions for clients.
- Negotiate with carriers to achieve best pricing and service levels.
- Present solutions to clients using company quoting applications.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the logistics industry and stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in freight forwarding with extensive knowledge of pricing and logistics solutions.
- High school diploma or GED, bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other logistics software.
