Job Title: Electrical/Mechanical Engineer

Location: Sutton-in-Ashfield

Job Purpose: To utilize a range of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering skills to provide support and maintenance to all plant equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. To perform planned preventive maintenance on all plant equipment.
  2. To carry out reactive breakdowns in the most efficient time possible.
  3. To ensure all equipment worked on is safe and meets the required standards.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  5. Provide support and assistance to team members as needed.
  6. Manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  7. To undertake project work as required and have a flexible approach to shift cover.
  8. To take on additional responsibilities when the Engineering Manager is offsite.
  9. To attend and comply with all training and development programs.
  10. To adhere to the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
Skills Required:
  1. Strong electrical knowledge and fault finding skills.
  2. Compliance with the 17th edition of BS7671:2008 wiring regulations.
Working Hours:

Continental shifts, 12 hour shifts, 3 on 3 off, days and nights.

Pay Rate:

£22.39ph
