Job Title: Electrical Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Modern Mechanical Systems, Inc. in Nottingham.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all plant equipment, performing planned preventive maintenance, and responding to breakdowns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventive maintenance on plant and facilities.
  • Apply electrical and mechanical engineering expertise to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Interpret schematics and mechanical drawings to identify and resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to manage resources and engage in project work.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficient in electrical fault finding and mechanical diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to shift changes.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work a rotating shift pattern, including days and nights, and will be required to work 3 x 12-hour shifts per week.
