About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at FirstPort. As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, and that customers receive exceptional service.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Health and Safety: You will ensure that all properties are compliant with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections, and implementing measures to prevent accidents.
  • Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in property management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing large portfolios.
  • Skills: You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: You will hold a relevant qualification in property management or a related field.
