Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at FirstPort. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and compliant with statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of properties, including conducting site inspections, monitoring maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the regional manager and other stakeholders to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and that customer needs are met.
- Manage and authorise all expenditure throughout the year, maintaining cash flow and ensuring value for money for customers and clients.
- Ensure that all properties are managed in accordance with key health and safety legislation, including fire safety, asbestos, and legionella/water hygiene control regulations.
- Proven experience in property management, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of organisation and time management skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- IT skills, including proficiency in MS packages and systems.
