About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at FirstPort. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop and implement solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Manage and authorise all expenditure throughout the year, maintaining cash flow and ensuring value for money for our customers.
  • Ensure that all properties are managed in accordance with key Health and Safety legislation, including Fire Safety, Asbestos, and Legionella/Water Hygiene Control regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive site inspections and visits of your portfolio, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Deliver professional and effective mobilisation and management of new schemes that are brought into FirstPort management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
