We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nuclear Safety Consultant to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Nuclear Division, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality nuclear safety packages of work and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and deliver nuclear safety packages of work, including overseeing and supporting our delivery teams.
- Continuously build and develop excellent client relationships, leveraging our expertise to provide bespoke technical and strategic support.
- Support the continued development of our business, including identifying, bidding for, and winning new work with existing or new clients.
- Mentor and develop our graduates and junior staff, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
- Strong understanding of safety cases and their production, with the ability to work out solutions to specific client needs.
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams and with communication with other technical disciplines.
- Experience working with a range of nuclear site licensees within the UK and on various safety cases at different lifecycle stages.
- Flexible, innovative, and proactive approach to working and finding solutions.
- Ability to work closely with clients to solve problems and support the growth of our nuclear safety case capability.
