About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiologist to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (279). As a Cardiology Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive outpatient and inpatient cardiology service for patients from across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join a team of 6 cardiologists at St Richard's Hospital, Chichester, and will be responsible for managing a range of cardiology services, including in-patient and out-patient clinics, and contributing to the development of a local Cardiac Electrophysiology service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic medical degree, MRCP or equivalent specialist qualification, full GMC registration, and a CCT in Cardiology or equivalent. You will also need to have extensive experience in general cardiology, including experience in Cardiology out-patient clinics, and suitable training in heart failure or imaging.
