Job Title: Analyst Lead

Rivet Operations Company is a leading provider of professional services to the Marine Corps Systems Command. We are seeking an experienced Analyst Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Analyst Lead will be responsible for leading a team of junior analysts in supporting program analysis needs of a Marine Corps Systems Command program office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program analysis, contract and financial data, and experience in supervising professionals in program and acquisition management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of junior analysts in supporting program analysis needs of a Marine Corps Systems Command program office.
  • Provide vision, strategy, direction, oversight, and quality control of task-level performance.
  • Support the synchronization of contractor personnel at different levels of the organization.
  • Empower team members to set the standard for professional excellence for our subcontractor partners and competitors.
Requirements:
  • At least four years of program analysis experience, preferably in a DoD program office, including experience with contract and financial data.
  • Preference for at least one year experience in the direct supervision of professionals in program and acquisition management, including logistics, finance, contracts, engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
