Job Summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Marine Corps Systems Command professional support services team, you will be responsible for leading program analysis efforts and providing strategic direction to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program analysis efforts, including data validation, report generation, and data error correction.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to our team, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to program requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to synchronize contractor personnel and ensure effective task-level performance.
  • Empower your team to achieve professional excellence and set the standard for our subcontractor partners and competitors.
Requirements
  • At least four years of program analysis experience, preferably in a DoD program office, including experience with contract and financial data.
  • Preference for at least one year experience in the direct supervision of professionals in program and acquisition management, including logistics, finance, contracts, engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
