Our food and drink client is seeking a CRM Manager to lead acquisition and retention efforts. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will work with a digital team to create strategies using data and focus on loyalty and subscription growth. Key responsibilities include managing email marketing personalization and working with Klaviyo. Strong CRM experience is required, with Klaviyo experience a plus. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with the ecommerce and digital teams to ensure seamless execution of CRM initiatives.
