**About the Position:**
We are seeking an Aerospace Electronics Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team at Stirling Dynamics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex electronic systems for aerospace applications.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics design and development, with experience in leading cross-discipline teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design and development of complex electronic systems for aerospace applications

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience of leading the design and development of complex electronic systems for aerospace applications
- Strong background in electronics design and development
- Experience working with cross-discipline teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- SMPS design
- DFT - experience of EMC, RoHS and environmental testing
