Key Responsibilities:- Ensure machine performance and sustain equipment compliance within your area of responsibility;
- Perform interventions effectively and efficiently, including accurate documentation;
- Provide technical support to production operations and participate in high-performance teams.
- Successful completion of a technical program;
- Dedication to working safely;
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends;
- Capacity to make effective decisions and solve problems;
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
Michelin offers a competitive wage package based on qualifications and experience, as well as an extensive benefits package, 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year, including a pension, product discounts, and personal safety equipment. Successful candidates will also receive extensive technical training at our state-of-the-art training center in Granton, Nova Scotia.
