Job Title: Site Manager

Location: South West region, covering Exeter to Cornwall, with occasional travel to Telford.

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 - 16:00, Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Job Purpose:

To manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows, while attending site and making minor adjustments as necessary.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a team of sub-contractors within the allocated region.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers.
  • Ensure all projects meet agreed technical standards.
  • Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows.
  • High standard of communication internally and externally.

Key Experiences and Skills Required:

  • Knowledge and experience of both Social and New Build sectors.
  • Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation.
  • Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management.
  • Knowledge of installation of windows and doors.

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • CSCS Card.
  • First aid at work.
  • Asbestos Awareness trained.
  • SMSTS (preferred).
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Deliver projects without safety incidents, within timelines, and to budget.
