GTG Training Limited is seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training to apprentices at our state-of-the-art training centres.

About the Role

As an Automotive Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training programs that meet the needs of our apprentices and employers. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement training plans, assess trainee progress, and provide feedback and guidance to ensure they achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement training plans that meet the needs of our apprentices and employers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry developments to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective.
  • Provide welfare support and guidance to apprentices and employers to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements

  • Hold a recognized qualification in Automotive Maintenance and Repair Level 3 Light Vehicle or equivalent.
  • Have a proven track record in an automotive technical skill, with experience in electrical diagnosis and modern automotive technology.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality training and education.
