Role Overview\
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Responsibility and Global Philanthropy to lead our philanthropic strategy and make a positive impact on communities in the UK and US. The successful candidate will develop and implement our annual corporate responsibility programme, build and drive an enterprise-wide partnership vision, and develop employee engagement and volunteering programmes.\

Key Responsibilities\
- Lead the development of our annual corporate responsibility programme, gathering data and feedback from key partners\
- Build and drive an enterprise-wide partnership vision, implementing a dynamic and meaningful global philanthropic strategy\
- Develop employee engagement and volunteering programmes, connecting both corporate-based and retail employees globally to the mission, company goals, and corporate responsibility vision\
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Finance, IT, legal, and other departments on sustainability data management and tracking systems\

Requirements\
This role requires a degree-educated individual with progressive experience working with corporate foundations or CSR boards. The ideal candidate will have operational and programme leadership experience in this space, as well as demonstrated local and international awareness and understanding. Strong interpersonal skills, expertise in research and analysis, project management, and excellent operational management skills are essential. Ability to interact effectively with senior management and high-level external contacts, integrity, judgement, and diplomacy in response to sensitive requests for funding are also necessary.\
